We currently have the following positions available. These positions are based at our head-quarters in Jerusalem:
Job Title: Salesforce Admin
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
- Maintaining the Sales Cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Preparing reports for Sales and other departments.
Preferred Training and Certification:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science would be advantageous.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.

Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Architect
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Architect for cross-program, and cross-project strategies, opportunities, and problem resolution
- The Architect for all development projects
- The consultant in business process analysis and design, and service delivery, particularly with respect to the use of information, and trends and directions
- Definition, implementation, and execution of the processes for the definition, maintenance, and conformance management of the Enterprise Architecture.
- Update and maintenance of the key Enterprise Architecture deliverables.
- Architectural leadership in the resolutions of inter-program and inter-project issues.
- Ongoing research and assessment of new analysis approaches for potential use within the organization.

Preferred Training and Certification:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

In general, a staff member on an entry level with the ICEJ receives:
- Housing in a two bedroom apartment with a staff member of the same gender. This enables everyone to have their private bedroom.
- Israeli medical insurance.
- Israeli cellphone or sim card for those who prefer their personal device.
- A monthly cash stipend of NIS 2,000 plus NIS 550 lunch assistance. That is about US$800 at the current exchange rate. Staff members pay their apartment utilities, electricity, gas and water as well as a condominium fee if applicable.
